The Small Print
Try as we may to keep the contents of this web site fully updated, we cannot guarantee that any product listed here will be in stock. In the unlikely event that you order and pay for an out-of-stock product, we will offer you a couple of options;
- We can get an estimate of product availability for you and let you decide if you want to wait, or
- We can give you a full and unconditional refund of the money you had paid. With our apologies, of course.
We reserve the right to change any services, product prices or product specifications at any time.
Images displayed on our site are intended to describe our products and help you in your buying decisions. However, we are at the mercy of technology and product manufacturing processes. Any actual difference in colour with the real product should be minimal, but is beyond our control.
Unfortunately at this time we can (and will) only accept orders from within the UK. If an order is placed from any location to which we cannot deliver, we will inform you as soon as is practical and refund any money paid.
Within the UK there are some locations to which we cannot ship for the standard shipping costs as noted on our ordering system. If your order requests shipment to one of these areas, there will be a fixed shipping charge of £10 per order. As we process your order we will advise you of this, via the email address you registered, and offer you the opportunity to cancel your order (we hope not, of course) or pay any extra shipping costs required. Full payment needs to be received before any order can be fully processed.
The areas where these additional shipping costs will be incurred are N.Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Accuracy of Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information you enter into our systems (or supply to us by any means) is accurate. This includes your email address, shipping address, mobile phone numbers, credit or debit card or other payment means. We will try our best to overcome any difficulties arising from missing or inaccurate information, but this is not our responsibility.
Use of Coupons
From time to time we may issue coupons for use when orders are placed. These coupons may entitle you to a discount of some sort on your purchase. These coupons will usually be limited in some form (number of uses by an individual customer, total number of uses by all customers, expiry date, etc). Generally and unless otherwise explicitly stated, these coupons can only be used in isolation. That is, each order placed can only have a maximum of one coupon applied. The issue of these coupons is entirely at our discretion. No coupon code has any monetary value of its own; a coupon is only to be used as part of a purchase of items from our store. Shipping costs are calculated after any coupon discount has been applied to the product costs (the coupon discount does not apply to the shipping cost). In the specific case where the coupon discount brings the total product costs from more than £50 to below £50, then shipping will no longer be free.
Cancellation or Return – your rights
We are an online retailer and consider customer service to be of ultimate importance. Your rights of cancellation or return are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Should you decide you no longer require any item you have purchased from us, you can cancel your order and return the items to us within 14 days of its receipt by you. Your refund would be due to you within 14 days of the product being returned to us or proof of delivery. We suggest that for any products you ship back to us, you use a reliable and trackable means of delivery.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
